Strengthening Intercultural Exchange 
Event catered for ALL ages 

A Multicultural Community Day is an opportunity to celebrate our diversity and our commitment to mutual respect and to appreciate the contributions of the various multicultural groups and communities to Australian society.

The Louise Multicultural Community Centre will hold a Multicultural Community Dayin conjunction with S.I.X. Event (Strenghtening Intercultural eXchange) for an open day which is aimed at migrants, refugees and international students.  The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of cultural diversity among the community, as well as promoting respect, understanding and tolerance of others.

Student Christmas Party on 28th November 2012

As it is closed to the end of year of 2012, and welcome to the coming year of 2013.   We have a Christmas Party for Teachers and Students to celebrate. It is a way to say thankyou to their teachers for their hardwork, kindness, patience and efforts.  Enjoy!!!

A very successful and pleasurable day to celebrate the hard works the tutors and students have put together throughout the year.  Each class has worked really hard to prepare a performance to perform at this party.

The performances are:
1. Robert and his band
2. Each individual class to perform their presentations as follows:
    a. Individual singing
    b. Group singing
    c. Student playing with the keyboard
    d. Line dancing
    e. Students presenting a poem
    f. Korean dance group playing with the drums

This was a really successful day as there was a lot of involvement of students and staff participation taken place, as they have taken the courage to perform in front of the audiencess not only to entertain others but themselves.

We thank the staff and students who made this day a wonderful and successful day to celebrate the end of year student Christmas Party.

Customer Service Workshop on 15th November 2012

This course is for people with disability, it will provide a safe and fun environment for all participants to explore ways to communicate effectively.  It will include the ways of meeting and/or greeting, engaging people with confidence and the importance of body language.
